Christie uses an eclectic approach to counseling, using Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive-behavioral therapy, Motivational Interviewing techniques, and mindfulness techniques. She works to help clients develop and improve coping and problem solving skills, challenge negative thinking styles, and learn how to balance anxiety in these uncertain life times. She approaches counseling with a warm, non-judgmental manner, believing that everyone could benefit from counseling and have a safe space to share their inner thoughts.
